Rose Gilpin and Kathy Remski have been partners for over 15 years, sharing a mutual passion for the fast paced business of fashion, movie making, and commercial work.

ROSE GILPIN

worked as a wardrobe stylist, project coordinator, talent scout and prop stylist prior to becoming a partner and co-founder of Real Style. Rose is meticulous, creative, and systematic, an asset to any client who is looking for results from their production team. Rose, a native Detroiter, has worked in the fashion and commercial industry for over 20 years on commercial photographic shoots and fashion shows. As the movies rolled into Michigan and Ohio, Rose used her production experience to make Real Style a premiere extras casting company, working on over 50 movies and television productions over the past 7 years. It is because of Rose's focus and professional approach to extras casting that Real Style now hosts the largest database of talent in the Midwest.

KATHY REMSKI

worked as a stylist, producer, and talent scout prior to becoming a partner at Real Style and company co-founder. Kathy brings energy, problem solving skills, and a forward way of thinking to every project. Kathy has called Detroit her home for over 28 years. Kathy has been part of the fashion business her entire professional career, buying for a large department store in Chicago, and branching out into styling once she settled into Detroit. As a stylist and fashion consultant, Kathy has been on air talent for Macy’s speaking to seasonal trends and has given presentations on style and appropriate workplace attire to many of Detroit’s Fortune 500 companies. As a talent scout, Kathy has casted talent for clients such as Ford, OnStar, Cadillac, FIAT, UPS, and Choice Hotels.
